Vladimir Lalić, MSc Mechanical Engineering , IWE, EWE
Vladimir Lalić is a graduate engineer with many years of experience in the field of quality control and technical supervision on large engineering projects. He worked at WSP, one of the world’s leading engineering and professional services firms.
He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Novi Sad, where he acquired a strong technical foundation. During his career, he specialized in:
- implementation of the quality control system,
- process supervision in mechanical engineering,
- alignment with international standards (ISO, EN…).
He worked on complex infrastructure and industrial projects across Europe and the Middle East, where he was responsible for ensuring technical compliance and team coordination. His work is characterized by systematicity, attention to detail and a strong orientation towards quality and efficiency.

Slađana Lalić, MSc Chemical Engineering , Waste management expert
Slađana Lalić has a degree in technology engineering, specializing in chemical engineering and waste management. She has extensive experience in working with international companies, where she developed and implemented projects aimed at ecologically sustainable waste management.
She graduated from the Technological Faculty of the University of Novi Sad. Her expertise includes:
- planning and optimization of the waste management process,
- conducting environmental impact analyses,
- alignment with international environmental and industrial standards.
Sladjana is dedicated to implementing best practices in environmental protection and educating industrial clients about sustainable development.
